Meridium Enterprise
Reliability Management System (ERMS)
The Meridium Enterprise Reliability Management System (ERMS) offers clients
an industrial strength, enterprise wide tool set that analyzes plant maintenance
data to achieve maximum equipment reliability and dependability.
Meridium client companiesinclude refining and chemical processing sites
as well as electric power utility companies and discrete manufacturing.
Meridum reliability analysis tools are supported by a powerful enterprise
wide database with links into other plant systems such as: enterprise resource
planning systems (ERP), computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
and plant
distributed control systems (DCS). This ability to store vast
amounts of plant process, engineering and maintenance data in a
single integrated information system provides the perfect computing
environment for extensive reliability analysis. Weibull,
Normal and Log Normal distributions are available as well as Growth
Modeling. Statistical Process Control (SPC) functions
provide an integrated production quality management system. All
of these features are fully integrated and provide seamless
solutions that offer a high level of automation.
Neptune Reliability Analysis (Interface Electronics)
Calculates minimum life of your product. Features detailed Weibull plots,
failure analysis with and without suspensions, minimum life calculations,
reliability calculations at different confidence levels, sample size calculations,
sudden death testing.
Probability Distribution Plotting (Team Graph Papers)
Analyzes data against normal, log normal, extreme value and Weibull distributions.
Prints histograms and distribution plots. Also calculates goodness of fit
and randomness and homogeneity. Other features include: six choices of
confidence limits, automatic and manual scaling, calculates residuals for
diagnostics, estimates yields on request, and prints statistics and data
tables.
QC-PRO Weibull Reliability Analysis (G. R. Technologies)
Generates Weibull plots; calculates characteristic life, shape parameter,
and minimum life parameter; displays graphical and maximum likelihood techniques;
displays confidence bands; and generates predicted values tables. Also
provides Weibull line reliability modeling and analysis for failed and
suspended tests.
QT1 Qualitek 1 (Nutek)
Computes statistical sample sizes and test times according to guidelines
under Accelerated Experiment and Bayes' Formula. To meet a given reliability
and life objectives, the number of samples and the minimum life that each
sample needs to survive are determined as a part of the test planning process.
Features include: on-line help, spread sheet input, calculation and evaluation
of confidence intervals.
Qualitek 2 (Nutek)
Weibull analysis of failure test data. Uses a two parameter version of
the expression for the Weibull distribution function to predict the population
behavior from a sample of failure and suspended data. Features include:
on-line help, option to analyze cumulative failure data, median ranking
for failure data at three confidence levels. On-line graphic plots such
as Weibull plot, Weibull cumulative distribution function, and density
function of Weibull analysis.
Draws Reliability Block Diagrams and calculates Reliability.
Reliability (The Product Integrity Company)
Provides Weibull parameters (Beta, Eta, and Gamma) for failure data, including
suspended data, and warns of two possible populations. Gives overall system
reliability for complex equipment and measures potential improvement resulting
from increasing MTBF for one or more failure modes.
STatistical Analysis of Reliability (STAR) (AT&T)
Comprehensive data analysis tool using failure data captured from field
trials or laboratory studies. Provides seven distributions: Weibull, Normal,
Lognormal, Logistic, Exponential, Smallest Extreme Value with a full array
of statistical tables and plots. Part of the AT&T Quality Workbench
family of products.
TP781 Two Point Sampling Plans for Reliability (H & H Servico)
This program calculates both fixed and sequential decision rules for reliability
qualification test plans. Accepts either specified reliable life, acceptable
and rejectable reliabilities, alpha risk, beta risk or acceptable MTBF
alpha risk, beta risk or uses the exponential distribution. Program output
includes fixed and sequential decision rules, OC-curves, ASN-curves, and
ARL-curves. The program calculates from the number of cycles and failures
the one-sided and two-sided confidence levels.
Weilbull 3.0-PLUS (ReliaSoft)
This program is designed to perform Distribution Reliability Engineering
Analysis, using time-to- failure data, from either in-house testing or
the field. The program provides you with all the tools needed to perform
reliability calculations, using user defined distributions or assignees
one via the programs distribution wizard. This program uses multiple goodness-of-fit
tests, to obtain results and also produce professional quality plots, and
reports. Most often used distributions are supported, such as the 2 or
3 parameter Weibull, Normal, Lognormal, 1 and 2 parameter Exponential as
well as the Mixed-Weibull distribution. The program provides probability
plots on each distribution's probability plotting paper, reliability vs.
time; pdf vs. time, failure rate vs. time; bathtub curves on linear scales,
overlays of any plots.
Weibull Curve Fitter (Dynacomp)
Reliability analysis. Fits Weibull equation to failure history of a sample
data set. Package calculates mean rank estimates of the cumulative probability
of failure. Non-failed items may also be included. Results include estimates
of characteristic lifetime, Weibull slope, and the standard deviation of
fit. Data may be entered from either the keyboard or a disk file. No special
graphics card is required since output is in alphanumeric form.
WeibullSMITH (Innovative Software Designs)
Weibull analysis of raw input data. Includes rank regression or maximum
likelihood fitting, confidence bands, 3 parameter analysis. Can also supplement
with LogNormSMITH to add lognormal capabilities.
WeibullSMITH (Fulton Findings)
Weibull analysis package. Data is entered through the keyboard or an ASCII
file. Features include: unlimited suspensions with histogram input, rank
regression or maximum likelihood estimation fitting, 3-parameter analysis,
Weibull calculations, Binomial distribution confidence bands, 3,000 points
maximum in 3 sets maximum per plot, zero-failure test parameter estimation,
Monte Carlo sample generator.
WeibullSMITH (Advanced Version contains LogNormSMITH) (Fulton Findings)
LogNormSMITH includes all the features of WeibullSMITH except for test
parameter selection, Weibull, and maximum likelihood fitting. The package
has additional upgrades to WeibullSMITH. This version has better confidence
fitting speed, easier use of suspension histograms, greater freedom in
set dimensions, improved initial time calculations, etc.
Weibull Trending Toolkit (Shareware)
The Weibull Trending Toolkit is free shareware for non-commercial applications.
It finds three Weibull parameters by matching sample and Weibull mean,
standard deviation, and skewness. It is not necessary to rank order the
data. One screen shows summary numerical results. A second shows one graph
with the data, and Weibull probability density, cumulative probability,
and risk curves.
