Non Operating Prediction Programs

DORMACALC 4.0 (Sendrian Resources)

Prediction of electronic component nonoperating failure rates as a function of device characteristics, production technology, and environmental stress in accordance with the mathematical models in RADC TR-85-91. Temperature, environment, and power cycle factors are selected at the time of failure rate calculation to facilitate top level sensitivity analysis. Menu- driven, generates graphs of assembly non-op failure rates as a function of temp. Extensive library included with program.

RAC-NRPS (RAC-Nonoperating Reliability Prediction System) (Reliability Analysis Center)

A comprehensive package that enables the user to predict the impact of nonoperating periods on equipment reliability. This analysis is used when a particular system is subjected to lengthy periods of time unused, such as "one-shot" systems. All models within this prediction software are based on RADC-TR-85-91, "Impact of Nonoperating Periods on Equipment Reliability".

RAM Commander - RADC TR 85-91   (ALD)

RADC TR 85-91 Module is based on the most commonly used non-operating reliability standard. RAM Commander is the world pioneering software providing everything for reliability prediction based on one of the prediction models for electronic (MIL-HDBK-217, Bellcore, British Telecom, CNET,  ItalTel, etc.), as well as mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment . RAM Commander performs additional tasks related to reliability analysis and evaluation: Reliability Allocation, Pareto Analysis, Reliability Growth, Temperature curve, Mission Profile, RBD with Monte Carlo Simulation, Spare Parts Optimization, Maintainability Prediction, comprehensive parts libraries, user-friendly interface and easy to use Import/ Export (including to/from FMECA and FMEA).

Rel +4 (Evaluation Software)

Rel +4 calculates failure rates for electronic components based upon stress, power, voltage, amperage, temperature and in a given environment in accordance with MIL-HDBK-217F, Notice 1 or Notice 2. Rel +4 can use user supplied data or operator controlled default values. Rel +4 calculates the assembly failure rate and assembly MTBF. Non MIL-HDBK-217F Failure rates can be used and stored by Rel +4. Rel + 4 provides the user with help message windows from any part of the program.
