ENRE 734 - Human Reliability Analysis (3 sem. hrs)

The topics included in this course are: explanation of human engineering. tolerance, effort performance, physiological and psychological stress. Methods of solving practical human reliability problems, including the THERP, SLEK OAT, and SHARP methods are discussed. Performance shaping factors, man-machine systems analysis, distribution of human performance and uncertainty bounds, skill levels, source of human error probability data, examples and case studies are also included.
