Format:
Justification - FULL (In Main Body of paper)
Headings:
If possible there should be a maximum of three
grades of headings. It is normally not necessary to number headings, but
if used we perfer the arabic style. Please refer to the sample paper for
heading style.
Footnotes:
Please limit their use. An alternative to footnotes
is a list of notes at the end of the paper.
Equations:
Equations should be centered. If numbered, place
the numbers within paraentheses, flush with the right hand margin. They
should be refered in the text as Equation ( ).
Tables:
The layouts of tables should be consistent throughout.
Tables should be numbered and have a descriptive title. The title may be
placed after the table number on the same line.
Figures:
Provide original. A descriptive caption should
be provided for each figure. Special care must be given to the size of
the lettering if the manuscript is to be reduced during printing.
Acknowledgements:
Indicate contract under which work was performed
(if relevant).
