As more companies sign on to use the make-link technology, more demands will be put on new and improved applications and more advanced implementation schemes. The designs developed by LLT will be licensed along with our primary patents. Our net worth will then grow as the demands become greater to hire designers and build a larger library of commercial applications. Similarly, we will have increased demand for technical expertise, design engineers, and marketing professionals. 

As the benefits become better known the perceived risks are diminished and the value of the technology becomes greater. As the market opens up and more companies license the basic technology, there will be greater demands for new designs and core technologies to be developed that support Make-Link. This will be the need for LLT to keep up with the latest in commercial needs for Make-Link cores. To meet this need, LLT will have to expand and hire more engineers to design, develop, support and market our collective expertise.
